Thank you for shopping with The Modest Vine. We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors (including perfume)

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Altered items

  • Intimate wear (including bodysuits, undergarments, etc.)

  • Accessories [edit if needed]

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit OR

  • Original payment method [choose your preference]

⚠️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • The Modest Vine is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing window:

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
