Thank you for shopping with The Modest Vine. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): [1–3 business days]

  • International Shipping (if offered): [7–21 business days]

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary based on destination and shipping speed selected.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Modest Vine is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to address errors

  • Delays caused by incomplete address information

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, The Modest Vine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will assist you as reasonably as possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier issues.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and item

We will review and assist with a resolution.
